Steve Korn, “Pride & Joy”

The latest recording from Seattle drummer Steve Korn features the classic tenor/organ/guitar/drum grouping from early Blue Note albums, but in this instance, the group also includes tunes by Pat Metheny and originals with a more modern bent. For all fans of swinging, B-3 jazz recordings.
